EraFleet collects some Personal Data from its Users. We are working hard to process your data lawfully, correctly and transparently. This privacy policy explains how EraFleet processes information about individuals, in relation to the use of the EraFleet.com website and the fleet management solution. When you register on the EraFleet website, certain data will be collected about you in order to provide you with the services you have requested.
1. EraFleet, including its affiliates, respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect and use personal data, where EraFleet is the data controller. It is our responsibility to ensure that the data we collect is controlled effectively, and protected at all times. The definition of "Personal Information, Personal data" - data which identifies, describes, is associated with, or could be linked to an individual, such as a name, surname, address, email address, password, telephone number, payment information, company‘s name, company‘s registration number and address, it‘s employers individual contact name, information about the vehicle: vehicle model, type, odometer parameters, GPRS device‘s IMEI, serial number, license plate number, VIN number or the like.
3. Your personal data will be managed in accordance with the GDPR under the following principles: lawfulness, fairness and transparency, data minimisation, data accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.
4. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use our website and/or services or provide EraFleet with your personal data.
5. The purpose of the data collection. We process your Personal Data to provide you with our services, to process your requests or as otherwise may be necessary to perform the contract between you and EraFleet, to ensure the functionality and security of our services or to identify you.
We may also use your Personal data to communicate with you (to inform you that our services have changed; to send you alerts or other such notices relating to our services and etc.). We use your name, payment information or other financial information for the purpose of billing you for the EraFleet service. In addition, EraFleet uses personal data to improve services that EraFleet offers to its customers and to combat fraud and other illegal activity.
6. We require to create an account to help you manage your services, content and preferences. Account creation requires you to provide us with the Personal Data, specified in this Policy. However, in cases where EraFleet specifically states that some data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the services.
7. Vehicle Tracking Services. EraFleet services allows clients to collect location data relating to vehicle & asset whereabouts to enable a fleet management function. At the time you access EraFleet‘s service, we receive and record your vehicle‘s current location from the GPS hardware associated with your vehicle. We will not use the location data or other data related to your vehicle for any purpose other than to provide the service to you and for statistical reporting purposes. We also collect the data, which contains the information how the driver uses the vehicle, time of start/stop, idling time, speed and speed distribution, distance driven, braking, acceleration, battery levels and status, engine load, engine throttle levels, routes and other vehicle and device information.
Please note that if you share your vehicle with other drivers when the equipment is plugged in, you are responsible to inform these drivers about the fact that driving and vehicle data is collected from the vehicle and that you have access to reports of this.
All data is temporarily stored within the hardware installed in the vehicle and then transmitted through mobile networks to servers using secure telecommunications protocols and stored on cloud servers that are protected by Firewall security device (which monitors and filters incoming and outgoing network traffic). The interaction with the cloud servers is operated via secure encrypted protocols. All the data is processed in accordance with the respective providers privacy, data handling and usage policies.
8. EraFleet is collecting metadata („Cookies“), which is generated while you use EraFleet site or services. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your computer’s memory and hard drive or your mobile device. Cookies are used to enable our site to function or may provide information to third parties. This data typically include IP-address, access times, the sites linked from, pages visited, the links and features used, the content viewed or requested, browser or application type, language and other such information. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
9. EraFleet will process personal data in countries located in the European Union and will not carry out any cross-border transfer of personal data outside the EEA.

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and must observe the local laws when using our services outside EU, including EraFleet‘s vehicle tracking services (for example – the company, who‘s driver transports goods outside European Union must observe the local laws of the country to which the goods will be delivered and shall be certain that EraFleet‘s provided vehicle tracking services will not violate the laws of the before mentioned country). EraFleet does not assume any risk or responsibility and is unconditionally released from it if the user fails to meet these requirements.
11. EraFleet takes appropriate steps to address online security, risk of data loss and other such risks taking into consideration the risk represented by the processing and the nature of the data being protected. EraFleet applies security methods based on industry standards, including technologies such as hashing and encryption to protect your information against unauthorized access. Our employees are trained on the importance of protecting privacy and on the proper access to, use and disclosure of customer information. EraFleet limits access to Personal data bases to authorized persons having a justified need to access such information.
12. EraFleet may share your personal data with other EraFleet companies or authorized third parties who process personal data for EraFleet. For example this may include delivery of your purchases or the like. These authorized third parties are not permitted to use your personal data for any other purposes.
13. You agree and understand that EraFleet may be obligated by mandatory law to disclose your personal data to certain authorities for example, to the courts or law enforcement agencies. We may also disclose and otherwise process your personal data in accordance with applicable law to defend EraFleet‘s legitimate interests, for example, in legal proceedings.

As the user of EraFleet website or/and services You have a right to: know what personal data we hold about you; have incomplete, incorrect, unnecessary or outdated personal data updated; request that your personal data be erased (except in the cases, when there is a legal obligation for EraFleet to keep that data, for example: financial documents, such as invoices must be stored for a certain period of time and can‘t be errased by your request); object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances, such as where you believe the data is inaccurate or the processing activity is unlawful; unsubscribe from direct marketing messages and to request that we stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes or on other compelling legal grounds.
15. EraFleet takes reasonable steps to keep your personal data accurate and to delete incorrect or unnecessary personal data. We encourage you to access your personal data through your account from time to time to ensure that it is up to date.
16. Note that your personal data is processed if you have consented to the processing activity. You may revoke your consent at any time. Doing so will stop us from further processing of your data based on your consent, but will not impact the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before it was withdrawn. 17. How long your personal data is retainned?
